Facebook just witnessed a massive growth in revenue and users and revealed that the growth of Facebook is not going to stop. Facebook recently claimed that its revenue flourished by 51% in 2016’s fourth quarter. Facebook was converting 52% of every dollar into operating profit. So, what could be the next step to boost Facebook’s growth? Well, now Facebook is making bets on videos. Facebook is now planning to put ads on videos that users upload. Putting up ads on users’ videos will enable the uploaders to earn money, just like YouTube. YouTube’s success was because it allows YouTubers to monetize their content to generate money. So, Facebook is planning something same, and the company might soon pay video makers up front and ad revenue sharing. So, what after putting ads inside videos? Well, the company is expected to put videos more aggressively in people’s News Feed. According to The Wall Street Journal reports, Facebook is developing an app for Apple TV and other Boxes just to promote the videos. The rumor hasn’t been confirmed yet.
